Introduction

Elements of Web Design remains a favorite for graphic designers, making the transition to the World Wide Web, now known as the Dot Coms. The Web Design program covers the entire design process, from Graphic Design to dynamic HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language). This program is an indispensable source of practical advice and creative inspiration of Web graphics tools and techniques. With the Web being the fastest-growing portion of the Internet, there's an ever-growing thirst for knowledge of learning to create professional looking Web Sites. The student must complete Graphic Design modules, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Indesign before advancing to Web Design.
In this program the student will combine skills learned in graphic design courses and fuse them with their HTML skills to produce media-rich Web content for fully interactive sites. The students will be able to use their own images to create stunning visual effects for web media. The student is not required to have any previous computer or graphic skills. The student must have a high school diploma or GED and pass the Zoom Graphics entrance exam.

HTML 4.0 Levels 1-6 Module 4

In Levels 1-3 HTML the student will learn an overview of Web site development, such as User Agents HTML, Scripting Languages, Internet Servers, TCP/IP, Developer Tools, Electronic Commerce, Document Structure, Document Presentation, HTML Structure, Lists, Tables, Presentation, Hyperlinks, Forms and Creating Frames.

In Levels 4-6 HTML the student will learn the History of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Font Attributes, Background Attributes, Text Attributes, Margin Attributes. Padding Attributes, Border Attributes, Advanced Style Sheets, Introduction to Scripts, Intrinsic Events, and HTML Forms.

Adobe Go Live Module 5

Macromedia Flash Module 6

Easily learn to combine vectors, MP3 audio and interactivity in order to integrate everything into a Web publishing software such as Dreamweaver. From concept to completion, Flash provides the tools you need to get professional-quality results in Web development.
